StaticSafe™ turns the floor itself into a silent safety net, draining electrostatic charges as quickly as they appear while delivering a seamless, high-performance surface that stands up to forklifts, chemicals and daily scrub-downs. 

How the Technology Works

Conductive Carbon Pathways in Apcoflor ESD Prime lock onto prepared concrete, creating a highly conductive grid that ties into the building earth. 

A self-levelling coat of Apcoflor ESD SL flows over the primer, embedding that grid inside a dense, pore-free epoxy matrix. The result is a monolithic floor with a permanent “bleed-rate” that keeps surface-to-ground resistance squarely in the 10⁶–10⁸ Ω window specified by IEC 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20—no waxes, copper foils or secondary sealers required.
