Epoxy‑PU Flooring System

Solvent‑free self‑levelling floors with flexibility and mar resistance

Self‑levelling epoxy‑PU flooring built for abrasion, impact, and corrosive environments—engineered to bond well even over aged epoxy coatings.

When Epoxy Needs Flexibility

Heavy industrial floors can combine vibration, impact, abrasion, and exposure to aggressive chemicals.

Epoxy‑PU systems address this by pairing self‑levelling finish with higher tensile strength and flexibility, and by improving inter‑coat adhesion on old epoxy substrates.

How Epoxy‑PU Floors Are Installed

Concrete is mechanically prepared (grinding/shot blasting/scarifying) and cleaned; acid etching is avoided due to debonding/blistering risk.
An epoxy primer is scrubbed in for absorption and adhesion; porous slabs may need a second primer coat.
The epoxy‑PU mix (base, hardener, aggregates) is applied by notch trowel and de‑aerated with spike rolling within pot life.
